To accomadate to special orders, additional time might be needed. We thank you for your patience and understanding. We will be in contact about pickup arrangements.

Local Pickup

All products are available for free pickup at the Gunshop Cafe Westend (53 Mollison St, South Brisbane QLD 4101) upon arrangement. Please ensure that collection times are scheduled in advance to allow for proper preparation and handling of your order. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for pickup, and prompt collection is appreciated to maintain product freshness and quality. For convenience, clear communication regarding preferred pickup times and any special requirements is encouraged to ensure a smooth and efficient collection process.

Order Confirmation & Pickup

Products will be ready within 2-5 business days. A notification will be sent to notify you of your order being ready to be picked up. Your order confirmation and order number will be required at the time of pickup.

Shipping (Australia Wide)

Only dehydrated treats are available for Australia-wide shipping.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (7 to 10 business days): $15

Express Shipping (3 to 5 business days): $25

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75 and free express shipping on orders over $150.
